We offer several shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- International Shipping: we don’t ship internationally for now .
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping .
6. Address Accuracy
It is important that you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. Franky Cards is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the next steps.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may ask for photos of the damage to assist in processing your claim.
