1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and product authenticity for all sealed products purchased directly from Raw Daw Cards. This includes:

Factory-sealed hobby boxes

Retail sealed packs or boxes

Trading card products listed as new/sealed on our website
Note: This warranty does not cover issues related to card grading, perceived card value, or manufacturer-insert odds.
2. Warranty Period

Warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Claims must be submitted within this timeframe with a valid proof of purchase.
3. What’s Not Covered
We do not offer warranty coverage for:

Opened products (hobby boxes, packs, etc.)

Graded card value or grade outcome from third-party grading companies
-
Manufacturing defects from card publishers (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, etc.)

Damage due to mishandling, improper storage, or tampering after delivery
4. Filing a Warranty Claim

5. Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, we may offer the following solutions based on the nature of the issue:
